Refund Policy

At Licetek we allow you to buy Risk Free, by offering you a 30 Day Money back guarantee.  This means if you are unhappy with Licetek for any reason?  You can send it back to us for a full refund.  We only ask that you pay for the shipping back to us.

You can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging.

Lost or Stolen Packages

LiceTek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, LiceTek will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

Return Shipping Costs

Licetek will pay the shipping costs back to us on defective items or items that arrive damaged. We will either provide you a pre-paid label, or reimburse your shipping costs after we receive the item back.
